“First of all, Dr. Willoughby is kind and warm. She is attentive and never makes me feel like the session needs to be rushed. There is no cookie-cutter approach either. Second of all, her treatments are working for me = happy face! I'm so impressed with my rate of recovery. She did a very thorough assessment during my first visit and from there it's been a fantastic experience. After each treatment, I continue to see progress. I am an endurance athlete and a full-time fitness business owner. I need to be functioning well, not just for my job and sport, but for my mental health too.
