Dr. Ally is extremely passionate about helping patients navigate digestive health concerns, anxiety & mental health, stress & cortisol management, hormones as well as metabolic health but she is welcoming all new patients! Dr. Ally received her Doctor of Naturopathy from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine. Prior to that, she graduated from the University of Guelph with a Bachelor’s of Science, majoring in Biological Science and Nutrition and Nutraceutical Sciences. Before her naturopathic studies, Dr. Ally dedicated her time to research at Toronto Western Hospital in the Department of Neuroradiology and supported brain injury survivors as a personal support worker. Dr. Ally is a member in good standing with the College of Naturopaths of Ontario (CONO), Canadian Association of Naturopathic Doctors (CAND), and the Ontario Association of Naturopathic Doctors (OAND). In her spare time, Dr. Ally enjoys nature with her fur babies, laughing with friends and family over great food & getting her body moving while teaching Barre classes!
