Dr. Pepper completed her chiropractic doctorate at the University of Western States in Portland, Oregon and is proud to serve the East Kootenays, as a Cranbrook local. She is excited to provide care to the community that has given her so much.
She is passionate about physical activity, fitness, the outdoors, and Kootenay living. Her athletic background includes baseball and collegiate volleyball.
Dr. Pepper’s goal is to meet patients where they are and help them reach their goals, whether that means becoming pain free or preparing for a competition. Also, she is passionate about providing preventative and supportive care. During her education, she developed a strong foundation in evidence-informed treatment and whole person care. She believes in a multidisciplinary approach to healthcare, with an emphasis on empowering patients through individualized care that recognizes every body is different.
She utilizes treatment methods including manipulation, mobilization, soft tissue techniques, and rehabilitation exercises.
