With a strong foundation in science and hands-on training, she is dedicated to providing individualized care to help patients move better, feel better, and live healthier lives. In her practice, Dr. Alex offers a variety of treatment options, including Activator Method, a gentler, instrument assisted approach that is especially well suited for patients seeking a low force technique. She also integrated therapies such as muscle work, laser therapy, and shockwave to support recovery and overall wellness. Outside the clinic, Dr. Alex is deeply rooted in her community. She enjoys spending time with her family, shuttling her children to their various sports, volunteering at their activities and staying active with simple joys like hiking.
