About Al

Dr. Al Vieira is a Naturopathic Doctor licensed in Ontario who earned a doctorate at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine. In addition, he has a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and is both a Holistic Nutritionist and an Iridologist. His journey with natural healing started 10 years ago when he had a life scare. Taking advantage of and using the best of both conventional methods and the naturopathic approach combined, he was able to manage the disease. After witnessing the power of the natural approach and its undeniable results, he was very motivated to get a more formal education in Natural Medicine. At that point, he knew that he had to change his career and life altogether. His goal as a doctor is to support patients who are experiencing pain or discomfort – whether it be physical or emotional. His approach is to identify root causes and provide treatments using evidence-based medicine. The treatments would be designed specifically for you. He truly believes in empowering the body to do what it knows best- and that is to heal. Ultimately, the treatments would support and enable you to live a more vibrant, energetic, and rewarding life. Al Vieira speaks English and Portuguese fluently and is progressing with his Spanish-speaking skills. Al is very happy to be able to serve the community, he will be seeing patients in the Toronto area.
