About Donna

Donna Hope is a Registered Clinical Counsellor providing compassionate, trauma- informed counselling for individuals, couples and families. She supports clients navigating anxiety, trauma, grief, life transitions, relationship and attachment concerns, communication challenges, emotional regulation and family dynamics. With more than 26 years of experience teaching, mentoring and supporting youth and adults, Donna brings warmth, insight and extensive relationship experience to her counselling practice. She has dedicated more than 1,000 hours to supporting over 300 couples through communication programs, workshops and mentorship, developing particular expertise in communication, conflict resolution, rebuilding trust and strengthening relationships. Donna holds a Master of Arts in Applied Psychology with Distinction and a Certificate in Child & Adolescent Psychology. Her therapeutic approach is collaborative, relational and strengths-based, providing clients with a safe and supportive space to explore challenges, strengthen relationships and work toward meaningful change.
