“I have been seeing Donna for two years now. Originally came to her with back issues and other injuries from sport. Over time she started introducing more of her brain healing techniques. After suffering a concussion I saw her more frequently with a focus on these techniques to help with lingering symptoms. It helped but what I didn’t expect was that it also helped with my ongoing back issues without her explicitly working on my back. “Beyond grateful I found Donna and her amazing brain healing technique! I was looking for somewhere close to home for massage and was very intrigued by her experience with brain healing and concussions. Although I have never had a concussion that I’m aware of, I thought it might help my stress and tension levels while healing from mold illness and nervous system dysregulation. I’ve only had three visits so far but the results have been amazing! I didn’t even fill out my forms correctly before the first visit because of how overwhelmed my brain was, and now I feel so much calmer, and physically the results have been equally amazing. I have a very physically demanding job and have seen so many practitioners consistently over the years just to be able to function, but Donna’s work is different in that I’m actually keeping my improvements after my appointments are done. This is still a very stressful time in my life but I’m handling it incredibly well and the only addition has been Donna’s brain healing and myofascial massage. My physical tension has decreased considerably in the first two visits alone. I will continue to be a loyal client and refer everyone I know who can benefit! I’m very excited to see how much more I improve with continued care from Donna. *I was also nervous to book based on deep tissue reviews, as my body doesn’t handle pain/deep tissue well but Donna has been great accommodating my sensitive body while doing myofasical release (any pain is worth the results!) and the brain healing is SO relaxing. I hope more practitioners can start using these techniques because it’s been more helpful than probably anything else I’ve tried!”

“I always walk out feeling like a new person, no matter how tense I am at the start of treatment. I mostly get deep tissue or trigger point massages, and Donna does not disappoint! Excellent pressure and great technique. She is attentive, a great listener and communicator, I never realize how tight my muscles are until the session is over, and I feel so much relief. Donna is a wonder woman! Really. After experiencing and still recovering from physical setbacks, Donna has fought and worked hard to persevere in doing what she loves and seems to come naturally to her. I also love the new home office space! Hardworking and friendly, she continues to help me maintain my mobility and physical well-being!”
