Registered Massage Therapist & Certified Infant Massage Instructor. Please meet Dinara, a registered massage therapist. As a former teacher and mother of two, witnessing children’s growth and challenges faced with their bodies inspired her to explore ways to help. This journey led her to discover the transformative power of massage. Dinara believes that the body learns to function through arranged movement patterns. Many people don’t remember what it’s like to move without pain or to have full range of motion. Particularly during illness, the body compensates and often adds to postural imbalances and muscle tension. Dinara specializes in prenatal, postnatal, and infant massage. She can help expectant and new mothers alleviate common discomforts, improve relaxation, and promote overall well-being during and after pregnancy. As a certified infant massage instructor, she can teach new parents how to safely and effectively massage their babies from 0-12 months of age. Her passion for the human body and focus on muscles and postures has naturally led her to provide postural correction teaching people how to maintain posture to prevent and improve overall body function. Beyond her passion for children’s and women’s health, Dinara treasures moments with her family. She stays active and centered through yoga and calisthenics and delights in hosting friends and family, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere in her home.
