About Diana

Diana is the owner and lead physiotherapist at A Plus Physiotherapy and Wellness Centre. Diana completed her Physical Therapy degree in the Philippines in 2003. Since graduating, Diana has strived to stay at the top of her evidence-based practice. She has taken several courses and trainings throughout the years both abroad and in Canada. Diana is Certified on Acupuncture, Dry Needling, Traditional Cupping, Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization, and Concussion Management to name a few. She also has an extensive training on Shockwave Therapy. She has passion on educating her clients and believes that each of them is different, so she customized her treatment plan based on the individual’s need and specific goal. In her spare time, Diana enjoys cooking, sight seeing, and spending time with family, friends and 2 adorable daughters.
