Diana, a registered massage therapist since 2006, brings to Life 'n Balance her skills in Swedish massage, prenatal massage, deep tissue work, foot reflexology and stretching/strengthening guidance. She discovered the incredible benefits of massage therapy first hand after the birth of her two children. "I was experiencing a lot of back and neck pain and could see how massage was helping my body and mind to feel so much better." When her youngest was 4 months old she decided to change careers and began studying massage therapy. "I could see the value in massage - I wanted to be part of something that can make a difference in people's lives." Of special interest to Diana is massage care for pregnant women and new mothers. She is also passionate about exploring ways massage can help reduce migraine pain and frequency, as well as reduce levels of depression/anxiety.
