About Diana

Hi, I'm Diana. I've been a Registered Massage Therapist since 2017, but my interest in the human body started long before that. After years of playing ringette, lacrosse and skiing I spent plenty of time in physiotherapy recovering from injuries. Naturally, I became fascinated by anatomy, movement, and the recovery process. That passion led me to study kinesiology before completing massage therapy training, allowing me to combine hands-on treatment with a deeper understanding of how the body functions. At Precision Peak Massage, my goal is simple: help people feel better in their bodies. Whether you're training for your next tournament or race, recovering from an injury, managing everyday stress, or just need an hour to relax, every treatment is customized to your needs. I use a variety of techniques including therapeutic massage, deep tissue massage, sports massage, cupping, and IASTM to help reduce pain, improve mobility, and support long-term wellness. When I'm not in the clinic, you'll usually find me in the mountains, on a bike, at the rink, walking my dog, or working on one of my many creative projects. I believe massage therapy should be both effective and enjoyable—a place where you can recover, recharge, and leave feeling like the best version of yourself.
