My name is Devyn and I am a Registered Psychotherapist with a deep commitment to compassionate and inclusive care, I support individuals facing challenges with self-esteem, body image, disordered eating, and neurodiversity. As an individual with ADHD myself, I understand the challenges that come along with being neurodivergent and I work to help clients learn to work with their mind rather than against it. Drawing on a range of evidence-based methods, I tailor my approach to meet your unique needs. My goal is to provide a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore your identity and work towards a healthier self-view.
