As a dedicated physical therapist based in Leduc, I bring a personal understanding of the rehabilitation journey, stemming from my own experience with sports-related injuries and surgeries. Born and raised in Saskatoon and graduating high school in Leduc, Alberta, I actively engaged in basketball at both local and university levels, earning a scholarship to play for the University of Saskatchewan, where I was honored as an Academic All-Canadian.
I graduated with Great Distinction with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology in 2020 and completed my Master of Physical Therapy in 2023. I have completed training in functional dry needling, advanced vestibular rehabilitation for dizziness and vertigo, comprehensive back assessment and treatment, and advanced integrated musculoskeletal therapy.
I am passionate about helping clients of all backgrounds optimize their performance and improve their quality of life. I look forward to working with you to support your recovery and return to the activities you love.
