Désirée Nieto Fernández practises dietetics in Ottawa and works on prenatal and postnatal yoga. They support people through cycles, conception, pregnancy, labour, postpartum healing, and parenting a new child, and studied at the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition. They offer appointments in English and Spanish.
