If you are carrying the weight of painful life events, chronic operational stress, or deep relational
hurts, finding a safe place to land is an important first step.
I enjoy supporting adults (18+), first responders (e.g., RCMP, fire rescue services, paramedics,
etc.), public safety personnel, veterans and members of the Canadian Armed Forces. I specialize
in trauma, PTSD, occupational stress injuries (OSI), moral injury, loss and grief, and
relational/attachment wounds (e.g., fear of rejection or abandonment). Integrating frameworks
like Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy (EFIT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and
Reprocessing (EMDR), I provide a compassionate, trauma-informed space to help you regulate
your nervous system, repair attachment injuries and process painful memories. Whether you are
navigating the cumulative weight of high-stakes work, grieving a profound loss, or seeking
deeper connection, I am here to support your path toward well-being.
