With a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology from York University and a background in sports, Desirae developed a deep appreciation for the importance of movement, recovery, and injury prevention. Her own experiences with sports-related injuries introduced her to the benefits of massage therapy and inspired her to help others experience the same.
