About Denise

Originally from Powell River, Denise moved to Victoria in 2008. She began her studies in Massage Therapy in 2015 and has developed an interest in treating a diverse variety of conditions. Her preferred area of practice includes treating scars and the biomechanical issues associated with them and post-surgical work including augmentation, mastopexy, mastectomy, abdominoplasty etc. She also has experience working with patients experiencing anxiety and depression as well as those with spinal cord injuries resulting in paralysis or para/quadriplegia. She loves yoga and strength training and enjoys treating other athletes to help optimize their training as well. Denise creates a safe judgement free space and enjoys working with laser clients interested in correcting loose skin, scars, stretch marks and spot fat reduction. ​ As a registered health practitioner for over 8 years, Denise has a vast knowledge of the anatomy and physiology of the body down to the cellular level.
