Registered Physical Therapist Movement has been a central part of Demetria’s life since she put on her first pair of ballet shoes as a child. Her lifelong passion for movement and physical activity led her to pursue physical therapy, with a focus on helping clients continue doing the activities they love through all stages of life from both an orthopaedic and pelvic health perspective. She has experience working with a wide range of musculoskeletal injuries, post-operative recovery, and women’s pelvic health concerns. Her clinical interests include orthopedic rehabilitation, injury prevention, strength and exercise-based rehabilitation, prenatal and postpartum care, pelvic floor dysfunction, incontinence, and pelvic organ prolapse. She is passionate about providing individualized, evidence-based treatment that helps patients move well, feel strong, and return confidently to their daily activities, sport, and exercise.
