She has over 12 years of experience along with extensive training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Solutions Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Delphine is also a certified clinical trauma professional (CCTP) as well as trained in EMDR. Delphine works through a trauma informed lens; collaboratively and empathically developing treatment plans which enable those she works with to reach their goals. Her work involves helping clients through a variety of issues which include anxiety (generalized, OCD, specific phobia and fears and social), depression, trauma, stress management, lack of motivation, parenting challenges, life transitions, and relationship problems. In her work with couples, Delphine uses the Gottman Couples Therapy approach. Delphine is passionate about the work she does and believes that everyone has the potential to build a life worth living.
