Delia graduated from UBC in 1999 with a Bachelor of Human Kinetics and spent a year working as a personal trainer. She then moved to Sydney, Australia, where she completed her Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy and had the opportunity to work extensively with an Aussie rules footy club as an athletic trainer and exercise Therapist. She is also certified to administer medical acupuncture. Delia is fluent in Cantonese and enjoys soccer, running after her children, Ultimate and travelling.
