Delano served as an officer in the Canadian Armed Forces for about ten years, primarily supporting troops' well-being and other duties. He currently works with diverse client communities, including BIPOC, Couples/Partners, Families, Men, LGBTQ2IA+, Military Veterans and First Responders, high-performance athletes. Education. Delano is a member in good standing with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO) and the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association (CCPA). He has a Master of Arts Counselling Psychology degree from Yorkville University, a Post-Graduate Research Certificate from Georgian College, and a Bachelor of Science Degree from McMaster University. He also holds a Project Management Professional certification from Project Management Institute. His hobbies include photography of wildlife and mindfulness hikes along the trail in the community.
