After earning her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology, she pursued advanced clinical studies in Osteopathic Manual Practice to deepen her understanding of the body’s interconnected systems. Her clinical philosophy is rooted in the belief that the body functions as a united whole. While her background in rehabilitation as well as strength and conditioning shapes her clinical reasoning, her work in the clinic is primarily focused on manual therapy. She uses restorative techniques to relieve tension, improve mobility, and address the underlying structural causes of discomfort. By combining a kinesiologist’s understanding of movement with a holistic manual approach, she helps patients move from restriction toward more fluid, resilient function. Delaney has a particular interest in biomechanical optimization and functional longevity, with a focus on supporting the body’s natural ability to self-regulate. She is committed to maintaining a high standard of care and continuously refining her hands-on techniques to meet the unique needs of everyone she treats. Outside the clinic, Delaney maintains an active lifestyle that includes training, golfing, biking, hiking, paddleboarding, and plenty of playtime with her 3 Sheepadoodles.
