Connecting people, solutions, and ideas to support positive change is what drives me — in and out of the treatment room. I have a particular passion for CranioSacral Therapy (Level 2), a gentle yet powerful approach that supports the body's natural capacity to heal. I'm committed to making therapeutic care feel accessible, safe, and genuinely restorative. Outside the treatment room, you'll find me in the garden, on a trail, or somewhere in nature with my dogs.
