Hi, I’m Diane Dabideen, and I’m a Registered Massage Therapist, Yoga Teacher Ayurveda Lifestyle Consultant and Birth and Postpartum Doula. I’ve personally integrated mind-body wellness into my own life and now offer it as a service to others. As a Registered Massage Therapist, I have a deep understanding of the physical body and how to release its tension. As a Yoga Teacher, I meet clients where they are on their path. As an Ayurveda Lifestyle Consultant, I know that we are so much more than our physical bodies, and that everyone’s experience is unique. And, as a Doula I weave all my strengthens of practice into empowering the birther with integrity, inclusivity and holistic practical support.
