She specializes in a combination of therapeutic and relaxing techniques, including Myofascial Release, Swedish Massage, Trigger Point Release, PNF Stretching, and Joint Mobilization. Debbie is dedicated to continual growth and professional development to help her patients achieve a pain-free, balanced lifestyle. She is also certified in Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM) and Hot Stone massage, and have completed the Neurocentric Approach to Mechanical Pain – DNM. In her free time, Debbie stays active through Swimming, hiking, and golfing.
