<p class="font8"><span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: small;">Debbie grew up in Calgary, Alberta where she completed her Bachelor of Physical Education at the University of Calgary. Wanting a more personal and hands on way in helping people feel their best and move with greater ease, Debbie pursued and completed a diploma of Massage Therapy from Mount Royal College (now MRU).</span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0px; color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: small;"><u></u>Debbie has an individualized and functional approach to treatment using various techniques such as deep tissue, Swedish relaxation, cupping, Gua Sha, and stretching to address stress, muscular tension, and movement restrictions. She believes that massage therapy aids in recovery, rehabilitation, and maintenance of well-being.</p><p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0px; color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: small;"><u></u> <u></u></p><p class="font8"><span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: small;">When she’s not helping you with your movement goals, you’ll find Debbie hanging out with her husband and two busy kids, out for walks with her dog, or possibly out on the pickleball courts.</span><span style="color:#FFFFFF"><span style="font-family:futura-lt-w01-book,sans-serif"> special interest include sports injuries, women’s health, stress and anxiety, and restoring energetic balance.</span></span></p><p><br data-cke-eol="1"></p>
