Dayna is a Registered Acupuncturist and Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioner (R.Ac, R.TCM.P.) and the owner of Kayco Wellness. She created this space as a place for patients to step away from the busyness of life and experience a true reset; an escape where they can slow down, restore, and feel genuinely cared for. Her practice focuses on pain management, musculoskeletal injuries, fertility, and facial acupuncture. She deeply loves Traditional Chinese Medicine and its foundations, while blending it with a modern, approachable style of care. Her goal is to make acupuncture feel less intimidating and more inviting, modern, enjoyable, and fun! Creating a truly unforgettable patient experience. She is fascinated by the human body and this curiosity drives her passion for helping people move better, feel better, and live with more ease. She strongly believes that movement is essential for long-term health and longevity. Growing up on a farm surrounded by nature gave Dayna a grounded, holistic perspective on health that continues to shape her approach today. Her treatments combine clinical effectiveness with a calm, restorative experience that helps patients fully unwind while receiving care tailored to their needs.
