I am a graduate of the West Coast College of Massage Therapy, class of 2022. After my journey at the college, I implemented my skills in a spa setting for nearly 2 years, shaping myself into the therapist I am today.
Growing up on Vancouver Island, I love being outside and in nature. I have had the experience of exploring much of this beautiful island. Snowboarding is also a passion of mine, I frequently visit Mount Washington to hone my skills. I previously spent some time as a snowboard instructor, teaching others to ride the slopes.
My goal as a therapist is to be attentive to my clients concerns and needs to help them reach their health goals. I enjoy using a style that is both relaxing to the nervous system, and working into the muscles at the same time by using techniques from the deep tissue style, and the Swedish Massage style. When it comes to a chronic or acute injury, my goal is help educate the client to ensure the fastest path to healing.
