Through their work, Dare equips participants and clients with practical tools and real-world examples to help them deepen self-knowledge and strengthen communication skills. Drawing on their corporate, educational, and lived experiences, Dare is an ideal fit for individuals who are: - Neurodivergent (with or without a formal diagnosis) - Queer/LGBTQIA+ - Aspiring corporate or community leaders - Adult learners - Transitioning careers - Struggling to navigate conflicting demands on their time, attention, and resources Dare advocates for a collaborative approach that emphasizes the strengths and capabilities each person brings to their life when supported by the right structures and community.
