I am a Master Therapeutic Counsellor and Expressive Arts Therapist offering in-person and online sessions. My approach is compassionate, grounded, and client-centred. I listen deeply and inquire gently, supporting self-understanding and change through self-inquiry, embodied practices, and authentic creative expression. Sessions offer a supportive space to reconnect with yourself, access inner resources, and move toward greater clarity, resilience, and emotional wellbeing. Be heard . Be Seen . Be Supported
The intention of Bee True Studio is to embody a compassionate, grounding & restorative space, with occasional humour, that points you in the direction of body wisdom & other accessible resources. Experience verbal & non-verbal therapeutic exploration of simple creative expression if you wish. No experience is necessary in these grounding, mindful approaches to mental health. You are unique and I intend to meet you where you are at. I aim to listen deeply, inquire gently, and offer an opportunity to pivot towards helpful tools that support lasting, healthy change for your precious life.
