About Daniela

Daniela is a Registered Massage Therapist, licensed with the College of Massage Therapist of Ontario since July 2004. She attended Elmcrest College where she completed her Massage Therapy Diploma in Swedish massage. Daniela has gained experience with pre and post-natal massage, infant massage, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, Thai massage, sports therapy, muscle injury recovery and other soft tissue injuries. Her passion is Sports Therapy, which focuses on muscle injury, tightness, muscular imbalances and fascial restrictions of the body. She also enjoys working with children and helping them recover from their injuries as well as aiding them through growing pains and decreasing stress levels that are caused by many factors of life. Daniela enjoys helping people by educating her clients with home care exercises in order to help them recover and maintain a well-balanced lifestyle.
