About Daniel
Daniel holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Kinetics from the University of British Columbia and is a registered Kinesiologist with the British Columbia Association of Kinesiologists (BCAK). He is also a certified practitioner of Fascial Stretch Therapy, having completed his FST-1 certification with the Stretchtowin Institute. Additionally, Daniel is an NCCP-1 certified Olympic Weightlifting coach, dedicated to developing athletes for competitive weightlifting events.
With over 5 years of experience, Daniel brings versatility and expertise to his practice, working with clients from diverse backgrounds - including youth, athletes, office worker and the aging population. He is passionate about integrating various techniques to help individuals become stronger and more athletic, regardless of their starting point. Daniel's primary goal is to foster healthy, enjoyable habits that support an active and sustainable lifestyle for each client.
Outside the clinic, Daniel is a committed athlete training to compete at the national level in Karate, while also participating in Olympic Weightlifting competitions. On his rest days, he enjoys relaxing at home with his two cats, balancing his active lifestyle with moments of calm and connection.
