About Daniel

I have always had a passion for sports, specifically soccer. Growing up I played in a variety of sports and I’m still currently playing. My experiences with suffering through a variety of injuries, along with witnessing various family members struggle with maintaining functional independence, helped guide me to the path of rehab. I graduated with my Bachelor of Kinesiology at the University of British Columbia, then followed with my Master’s of Physical Therapy also from the University of British Columbia. I actively participate in continuing education courses to add new techniques to my treatment plan and to keep up with the latest evidence-based research. I believe in a collaborative approach to Physiotherapy and rehab, which involves a combo of manual therapy, exercises, IMS, and strong emphasis on patient education. I believe that having a thorough understanding of one’s injury plays a key role in helping with the rehab process. I enjoy treating a diverse population varying from office workers, athletes, weekend warriors, to seniors. Outside of the clinic, I enjoy walking my dog, playing soccer, tennis and golf and of course…. watching sports!
