I have always had a deep reverence for the human body and its capacity to change, adapt and heal.
I believe that our fast-paced and busy world has a significant impact on both our mental and physical experience. For this reason, I center my practice around slowing down and creating space for rest, relaxation and body awareness. I work alongside you to create functional goals, while respecting your awareness of your own personal needs in order to heal and move through pain or dysfunction. I use an array of modalities including classic Swedish, myofascial, trigger point release, and neuromuscular therapy.
