I am a Manual Osteopathic Practitioner with extensive experience in the healthcare field. I completed my campus-based Diploma in Osteopathic Manual Practice (DOMP) at the National Academy of Osteopathy in North York. I am also a professional member of the Canadian Alliance of Alternative Medicine (ACMA). As a Manual Osteopathic Practitioner, I use gentle, hands-on techniques to help improve mobility, reduce muscle and joint tension, relieve discomfort, and support better overall body function. I take a whole-body approach, looking beyond the area of pain to identify restrictions or imbalances that may be contributing to discomfort, stiffness, or limited movement. I believe every client is unique, so each treatment is personalized according to the client’s individual needs, concerns, and goals. My focus is to provide comfortable, client-centred care that supports improved movement, function, and overall well-being. Outside of work, I enjoy spending quality time with my family, travelling, staying active, listening to music, and continuing to expand my knowledge of health and wellness.
