About Dalisay
Passionate about health and wellness and dedicated to helping individuals achieve their wellness goals, Dally is currently pursuing her studies in the Registered Massage Therapy program at CDI College and is in her final term. With a strong foundation in anatomy, physiology, and therapeutic techniques, she is committed to becoming a skilled and compassionate Registered Massage Therapist.
Her 550 hours of hands-on clinical experience in school have provided her with valuable exposure to various modalities, including Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, trigger point release, and myofascial release. Her massage techniques focus on stress and pain relief, as well as overall relaxation.
Dally is excited to continue learning and growing professionally in the field of massage therapy, with the goal of making a positive impact on the health and well-being of others. Outside of work, she regularly participates in CrossFit, biking, and running.
