Dalia is an Osteopathic Manual Practitioner, a Personal Trainer, and a Registered Massage Therapist. She is a proud member of the OSTCAN association, which aims to uphold the highest standards of education and practice in osteopathic manual therapy in Canada.
Her education in osteopathy, combined with her background in exercise, has deepened her understanding of anatomy, physiology, biomechanics, and manual therapeutic techniques. As a manual therapist, Dalia takes a holistic approach to improve posture and body mechanics, supporting the body's natural ability to self-heal and self-regulate. Her treatments focus on addressing the root causes of various issues, helping the body to function more effectively in daily life.
