Daena is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with over 18 years of experience in the field of mental health and wellness. She offers treatment for clients experiencing a variety of mood and anxiety disorders along with issues related to grief and loss, relationships, parenting challenges, identity, occupation, and work life balance. Daena is committed to supporting equity and cultural diversity in her practice and is honoured to guide her clients along the path towards their own desired healing and wellness. In addition to her degree in Counselling Psychology, Daena is certified in suicide intervention (ASIST) and is a member in good standing with the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association (CCPA).
