About Cyrse

Cyrse is a fully licenced, registered massage therapist. Prior to entering massage therapy, she obtained a diploma in Kinesiology and worked as a rehabilitation assistant, where she delivered therapeutic exercise programs for patients experiencing chronic pain as well as residents in home care settings. These experiences helped shape her clinical approach and inspired her to pursue massage therapy to better support people in their recovery from pain, injury, and reduced mobility. Cyrse brings a calm, attentive, and professional presence to each session. Her goal is to help clients move more comfortably, manage pain effectively, and feel supported throughout their recovery process. Her treatments typically incorporate a combination of Swedish massage, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, and therapeutic stretching. Outside of the clinic, Cyrse enjoys staying active and can often be found working out at the gym or running along the Fraser River in Steveston.

Had an excellent early morning massage with Cyrse. She was extremely knowledgeable, had amazing pressure throughout the massage and clear communication with her next technique. I had left feeling relaxed, flexible and almost tension free. I will be back again soon!
