Philosophy: I offer holistic bodywork that supports the whole being - body, mind and energy. Using relaxation massage, deep tissue work, reflexology, cupping, lymphatic techniques and energy work, I tailor each session to your needs. My approach is intuitive and integrated, blending techniques to encourage balance, ease tension, calm the nervous system and support your body’s natural ability to restore itself. I worked in the Yukon for over 14 years as an RMT. As my practice grew, I added modalities that offered different approaches (energy work, reflexology) to address the needs of my clients.
Education:
- Diploma in Massage Therapy (MH Vicars)
- Foot and Ear Reflexology (Canadian Reflexology School)
- Manual Lymph Drainage (Vodder School)
- Healing Touch Level 1 & 2
Holistic Treatment
60 min. $120 Treatment includes one or a combination of: massage, manual lymph drainage, reflexology and/or Healing Touch energy work.
