About Crystal

Crystal (she/her) provides psychotherapy and counselling to youth ages 16+ and adults in English, with both in-person sessions in Ottawa and virtual sessions across Ontario. She aims to offer a warm and supportive space where clients feel safe to explore their experiences without judgment. Crystal works from a person-centred, trauma-informed, and strengths-based lens. She supports clients who are struggling with trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, relationship challenges, low self-worth, and major life changes. She also helps clients make sense of how family, identity, and past experiences may be affecting the way they see themselves and connect with others. Crystal is a student Intern who is completing her Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology. Her work is supervised by Alice Lurie, M.A., Registered Psychotherapist.
