Craig Lawrence is a Registered Massage Therapist who has been helping clients move and feel better since 2006. With two decades of clinical practice, Craig focuses on trigger point release, a targeted technique designed to deactivate "muscle knots" and alleviate both localized and referred pain.
Craig's practice is centered on supporting working professionals—from those navigating "desk-bound" stiffness and tension headaches to individuals managing the physical strains of manual labor. By combining targeted manual therapy with a deep understanding of functional anatomy, Craig helps clients resolve chronic pain, recover from injuries, and restore the mobility needed to stay productive and pain-free.
Outside of the clinic Craig keeps healthy through kettlebell training which provides first hand insight into muscle mechanics and injury prevention. An avid video game enthusiast, Craig appreciates the importance of downtime for both mental focus and overall wellness.
