Hello! I am excited to work with you. I completed my Bachelor of Science degree (2013) and my Master’s of Science in Physical Therapy degree (2017) at the University of Alberta. I have additional training in functional dry needling, TMJ assessment and treatment, and k-taping. I am also certified in Blood Flow Restriction Training through Smart Tools and Owens Recovery Science.
I am dedicated to helping individuals achieve their goals through personalized care, with a strong focus on manual therapy and exercise-based treatments.
