My approach to therapy is rooted in non-duality, an invitation to rest in open awareness where the usual divisions of self and other begin to soften. Instead of resisting or analyzing our experiences, we learn to meet them with acceptance, allowing them to reveal their deeper truths. My work as a therapist has given me the privilege of walking alongside people in some of their most vulnerable moments. I’ve supported individuals navigating trauma, depression, anxiety, and relationship challenges, and I’ve witnessed how transformation unfolds not through force, but through a compassionate turning toward what is. In our sessions we’ll create the conditions for insight and healing to emerge naturally. I draw from evidence-based interventions while holding space for a deeper, heart-centered approach to self-discovery. Together, we will explore your experience in a way that feels safe, grounded, and deeply personal. My goal is to help you cultivate a sense of clarity, resilience, and inner freedom—so that no matter what life brings, you can meet it with presence, wisdom, and self-acceptance.
