Cory’s passion for physiotherapy began after recovering from a torn ACL, where he experienced firsthand the impact thoughtful rehabilitation can have on returning someone to the activities people love. A lifelong sports enthusiast, Cory has participated in football, rugby, golf, tennis/padel, snowboarding, and mixed martial arts. His background in sport helps shape his active, movement-focused approach to care. Trained directly within the Ground Up approach under Greg Stern, Cory focuses on improving coordination, movement quality, strength, and whole-body function to help clients move and feel better long term. Cory believes in a client-centered approach built on strong communication, trust, and understanding each person’s individual goals. He is committed to helping clients return to the activities that matter most to them.
