Cormac is an Irish physiotherapist with a background in Health and Performance Science. He works with a wide range of clients, from everyday neck and back pain to sports injuries and post-operative rehab — with particular interest in shoulder pain, lower limb tendinopathy, and post-op recovery.
His approach centres on identifying what's actually driving your symptoms, and then building a clear and structured plan to get you moving with confidence again. Cormac enjoys working with active individuals chasing specific goals, as well as those simply looking to move more comfortably in day-to-day life.
He has extensive experience working in private practice and across a wide range of sporting environments, including rugby, cycling, Gaelic football and athletics. This includes time working with the Munster Rugby Academy and with a national-level cycling team in Ireland.
Outside the clinic, Cormac is a keen triathlete who's happiest outdoors — hiking, sea swimming, or hunting down a good coffee in the sun.
