Hypopressive exercises are an exciting approach to pelvic health.They will help you become aware of your core strength and assist in all spheres of exercise. Hypopressive exercise improves core strength, pelvic organ prolapse, urinary incontinence, diastasis recti and overall posture.
Corine also specialises in the treatment of paediatric neurological conditions using NDT (Neurological Developmental Therapy).
Other areas of clinical interest include enhancing quality of life for the neurologically challenged client and using meditation and visualisation techniques for chronic pain management.
