Cora graduated as a Registered Acupuncturist after studying Traditional Chinese Medicine at Pacific Rim College.
Cora was first introduced to acupuncture at age 20 after coming to it, as many people do, as a last resort for an injury. As she continued treatment she quickly realized it was helping her in more areas of her life than just her knee injury. She quickly indulged herself in all things Chinese Medicine and continued to study in her spare time eventually becoming a dedicated full time student.
Cora believes healing takes time, commitment and patience. She strongly believes health is not just about curing but rather it is about preventing disease. She is devoted to her patient's wellness and health goals and will do whatever she can to assist them on their healing journey. She believes when the body isn't functioning at its normal capacity, when there is pain or abnormal symptoms, acupuncture can be a great tool to get the body back on course in a realistic time frame.
Forever a student, Cora continues to enhance her understanding of Traditional Chinese Medicine and modern medical practices to better care for her patients.
