Trained at the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition and Oh Baby Nutrition, Colleen’s work is rooted in the belief that true wellness is achieved through harmony between the mind, body + soul. With a deeply supportive and integrative approach, she helps individuals nourish themselves with real, whole foods while addressing the deeper layers of emotional and energetic wellbeing. While she has a special interest in women’s wellness + fertility nutrition, her practice is rooted in personalized care that meets each person exactly where they’re at, no matter their goals or stage of life.
