While I know they will eventually find their way out of being stuck or overwhelmed, my role is to help them reach that point sooner. My job is to listen to your story in a way that helps you gain deeper understanding and to provide you with the tools and encouragement needed to address your current challenges. I help individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, life crises, and particularly challenging circumstances due to trauma, difficult relationships, loss, or disability. Additionally, I have a special interest in supporting families affected by Autism Spectrum Disorders.
